Stellar Blade was released a few months ago and the gaming community has nothing but positive feedback for the latest PlayStation 5 exclusive. The hard work of Shift Up paid off and the fans were enamored with the beauty of Eve and the ambitious nature and combat systems of the game.

The developers offered options for crafting the perfect build for Eve, but there is always room for improvement. Some fans think Shift Up should take note of these fan suggestions and consider applying these simple strategies in almost every modern video game.

The Gaming Community Believes Stellar Blade Could Be Better With These Suggestions

Shift Up went from developing mobile games in South Korea to making triple-A console games, that was a massive leap on the part of the developers but everything worked out well in their favor. While the gaming community has already reached the credits and continued replaying the story through the New Game Plus mode, director Hyung-Tae Kim didn’t confirm a Stellar Blade sequel is in the works.

Perhaps the studio has something else in mind and if that is the case, Shift Up must do everything to make the current version more appealing and these fan suggestions might do the trick.

The Soulslike genre greatly influenced the developers and the studio prioritized the gameplay and combat systems more over the narrative. It would be imperative for the players to have quick access to different armor builds for Eve to avoid losing momentum.

Another suggestion made by the fans was the ability to fast travel to any location. Other games included this feature for convenience and it is essential for any massive open-world game, even major Soulslike games like Elden Ring have this feature and it saves valuable time for players.

Stellar Blade Fans Hope the Developers Will Not Ignore These Essential Suggestions

The developers may not see the need to include these features before the initial release but should always have an open mind to add them in a later update. The game is fine as it is without them but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have them and not need them than needing them and not having them.

The game was well-received and even gained the highest Metacritic score for any video game of the year which was a rare feat that not even the developers anticipated. Shift Up needs to keep stoking the flames and strike while the iron is hot to avoid losing the community’s interest.

Director Hyung-Tae Kim may be playing coy about the future of the franchise and given the success of the studio’s first console game, it is highly likely that Shift Up is here to stay. Perhaps more content will be added through expansions and these features could be squeezed right in.

Sony took a risky gamble with Shift Up and it paid off immensely. It would be unwise to assume that this franchise will be easily forgotten in the long run.
