it’s been three years since PS5 hit the shelves and took the world by storm and it might not be too long before its successor will hit the markets and push the established limits. Gaming studios to receive PS5 Pro development kit by the end of 2023

It isn’t something new for studios to receive development kits ahead of a console’s release, as it helps in various factors, including better optimizations of their titles for the new hardware. With reports claiming that developers are referring to the PS5 Pro hardware as the “kits of mid-life upgrades,” it will be interesting to see how the studios will take advantage of the upcoming gaming beast’s specification.

Reports suggest PS5 is going to be capable of glorious 8k gaming with its reported 30 WGP (workgroup processor), 18000 mts memory, and accelerated ray-tracing. Fans will also be able to enjoy steady fps at 4K resolution, and the price range for the upcoming console might hit a range between $770 to $900 upon its release.

PS5 Slim is expected to hit the shelves this year

Like PlayStation 4, users might also witness a slimmer version of PS5 by the end of 2023. Microsoft too claimed there might be some weight behind this rumor, and for players who are still yet to make a jump to the next generation and aren’t a big fan of PlayStation 5’s looks, this might be their shot. In terms of technical capability, unlike reports regarding Project Trinity, the slim edition might not witness any improvement and will cater to an audience who has limited space in their entertainment center.

Although nothing can’t be said for sure as of now, experts believe the price for the alleged PlayStation 5 Slim might hit around $400, which will put it next to the digital version.
