Ryan Reynolds has been one of the most popular actors due to his fan-favorite Deadpool role in the X-Men film series. While the actor is yet to reprise his mercenary role in the franchise, his fandom is still going strong. Not just fans, but the star himself takes much heed to their requests as he fulfilled his fan’s dying wish and recently shared a post to mourn the demise of the same man who forever left a beautiful memory in his heart.

The actor met the deceased in April who was diagnosed with terminal appendix cancer in January this year. Despite that, he chose to live his life with full passion and shared his interest in meeting the actor as his dying wish. It eventually came true as the actor recently paid tribute to him.

The 46-year-old actor, Ryan Reynolds recently shared photographs of him meeting his fan, Jay Fear on Twitter and paid a tribute to him by writing how grateful he felt to have met the latter before his demise.

The latter wished to watch Wrexham AFC play along with meeting his favorite actor as his dying wish. It eventually came true when his family received ticket donations to one of Wrexham’s biggest-ever games in April.

The actor wrote on Twitter,

“So grateful to have spent time with Jay Fear. He didn’t have much of it left and the fact he shared that time so freely with others is something I’ll never take for granted and never forget. This man lived. Sending all my love to Deb, Jess, and Sam.”

After getting the invitation for the match from Reynolds, he opened up about how that experience was for his family.

The deceased fan developed a liking for Wrexham FC after watching the Disney+ documentary Welcome to Wrexham. Stating about his experience meeting the Deadpool star and watching the match, he said at the time,

“They [His family] are the ones that are going to remember what happened for the rest of their lives.”

Meanwhile, The Proposal actor got “choked up” when he met Fear who chose to live the best moments of his life.

“He is an exceptional person and his family is wonderful. I got a little choked up talking to him and feeling how much his kids and wife are going to miss him.” 

He had an “amazing” experience meeting Mr. Fear, whose trip to Wrexham was partly arranged by the charity Bucket List Wishes. During their meeting, the Hollywood actor gave him a glove from the Deadpool movie and even arranged for his visit to the set of his upcoming film.
