Sandra Bullock and Daniel Radcliffe teamed together to star in The Lost City, but unlike the Harry Potter actor, who was thrilled to star alongside a major Hollywood celebrity, Bullock wasn’t initially on board. The actress presumed Radcliffe would be no different from an entitled child actor as this was their first project together.

But after starring and working alongside the child prodigy, the Miss Congeniality actress had nothing but respect and admiration for the British actor. She claimed that “ he was not at all what I expected him to be. He was nothing even close to that”. Radcliffe also respects Bullock as he was hyped to work with her from the very beginning.

“When I did my first non-Potter film, December Boys, I became good friends with one of the makeup and hair teams. After a few weeks, I said, ‘So, honestly, what did you expect when you were going to get me?’

And they said, ‘We thought you were going to be a d***.’ Because that’s the notion people have in their heads of child stars. People expect me to be an absolute a**hole. And when I’m not, that always plays in my favor.”

During an interview with Playboy, the Guns Akimbo actor shared that there were many a time when he was often typecasted for his Harry Potter role and was thought to be a selfish prick. Well, that was obviously not true and many came to realize that when they worked with or for him. He also shared that this one time, when he became close friends with a makeup and hair team, they expected him to be an “absolute a**hole”, but they soon became good friends when he was nothing like they imagined him to be.
