As per a Twitter post, Vellani stated that she loved the movie and the people that she cared for also loved the movie. Stating that the box office collection is not in her hands, the actress stated that that’s for Bob Iger to worry about!

“I don’t want to focus on something that’s not even in my control, because what’s the point? That’s for Bob Iger. [The box office] has nothing to do with me. I’m happy with the finished product, and the people that I care about enjoyed the film.”

Talking more about the 2023 film, Iman Vellani revealed how she had fun working alongside Marvel legend Samuel L. Jackson and how the veteran actor demanded Vellani to elbow him hard.

“We do another take and I fully chickened out. Could not figure out the maneuvering of an elbow and did not do it. And he grabs my arm and turns to me and is like ‘Elbow me motherf–ker!’ and I was like, listen. For the record, he did not actually swear at me, that’s just how I heard it.’”

With the MCU facing chaos, The Marvels currently stands at a rating of 6/10 on IMDB and a meager 62% on Rotten Tomatoes. The recent release of this movie has earned $117.7 million at the global box office.
