Pattinson’s Batman II is scheduled to be released on October 3, 2025. While not much has been confirmed about the highly anticipated sequel, there have been rumors that it would be introducing newer characters, both good ones and bad ones introducing Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

It even hints at the return of everyone’s favorite villain, the Joker. Despite the potential new and exciting characters, fans have been demanding to see another of their favorite character aka Robin in the potential sequels. And even the movie’s lead, Robert Pattinson has placed a stern demand to have him feature in the future sequels.

Last year in a special panel, when asked if he would want to see Robin in his Batman movies, the star stated,

“Yeah, but he has to be 13. That’s the only way I’ll accept it. No, I love Death in the Family and stuff, but I think it’d be so cool. Also people are so scared of it, but it’s kind of exciting. I think it would be a really fun addition.”

Pattinson said as he referred to the most memorable yet tragic storyline of the Batman universe, where Jason Todd aka Robin is brutally killed off by Joker.

While Joker, Two-Face, and even Hush are potentially expected to make an appearance in the sequel, there have been no rumors or reports of the storyline introducing Robin. While Pattinson did state that he would love to have Robin, the Twilight star didn’t mention if he would be there in Batman II.

However, Matt Reeves, the director, did seem to agree with his lead and hinted at the chances of introducing Robin somewhere in the storyline. While the production of Batman II has been delayed in light of the ongoing strikes, fans expect that Robin aka Jason Todd will be making an appearance in the potential threequel if not the sequel.

Batman II is expected to be released on October 3, 2025.
