According to Thrillist, Christopher Walken once shared quite an interesting story that involved one of the most successful musicians of all time. “I asked this girl to go to the prom and she said she would but that she had a boyfriend, an older guy. Then she took out her wallet and showed me a picture of this handsome guy with the hair, the teeth, who looked like a Greek statue. I thought, All right,”

Upon asking more about her boyfriend, she showed him a picture of him in her wallet. Walken was completely taken aback by how good-looking her boyfriend was. The actor described this man as looking like a Greek statue with perfect hair, and teeth, being one of the most handsome men he had seen. Upon closer inspection, however, the actor realized that something was off there.

This Boyfriend Was Elvis Presley

Christopher Walken then revealed, according to Thrillist, that when he had another look at the picture, he realized that it was not a photograph, but in fact a cutout of someone from a magazine. When he pointed this out, the girl got defensive and concerned. It was here that she revealed to him that the man in the picture was, in fact, a man named Elvis Presley. This was perhaps before the musician became the phenomenon that he is known for now.

“Then I asked to see it again and said, “This is not a photograph. You cut this out of a magazine.” She got farmisht and said, “Yes, you’re right, I did. I’m so madly in love with him. His name is Elvis Presley.” She went with me to the prom. I had her in a compromising position. That’s what you get for lying.”

The girl, then, went on to tell Walken that she was madly in love with Presley, and that is why she was pretending that the musician was her boyfriend. After hearing this, Walken used this information about her as a way to get her to come to the prom with him. The actor revealed that this is what she got for lying and putting herself in a compromising position.
