Keanu Reeves is again set to appear as the hitman in John Wick 4, and the new movie seems to reminisce the first film. The neo-noir action thriller franchise started with the 2014 film following John Wick, a hitman who retired after his wife, Helen, passed away. After her death, he received a beagle, Daisy, as a gift that was pre-arranged by Helen. However, the dog was killed in an invasion led by Iosef Tarasov, who also stole his car.

During his interview with Uproxx, he said that John Wick is “kind of a dog movie” as he shared that he also loves dogs. He also shared the process of how they got the dogs and trained them for the film. “Seven months it took to get the animals from, like, a year and a half old, to get the skill set, to get used to doing that. And it’s more than what you just see on camera,” Chad Stahelski said.

He also shared that he made sure that the puppies also remained safe in the process and were not hurt in any way. Fans seem excited to see the film with the release of its final trailer.
