Ever since his wrestling days in the WWE, people got to know just how much of an electrifying performer Dwayne Johnson was. Even after leaving professional wrestling, the star’s persona only grew along with his muscles, which has made him one of the most recognizable actors in Hollywood today. Therefore, he must maintain that image, which also means maintaining his physique.
Despite being an absolute unit of a man, the star still has to acknowledge just how amazing celebrity fitness trainer Mike Ryan still looks at the age of 57.

In his recent Instagram post, the Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle star uploaded a video that was being shot for his Project Rock brand collaboration with Under Armour, where Mike Ryan, who is his training partner as well as a popular fitness trainer in Hollywood who has worked with many stars in the industry, was also being shot for the brand video.

Here, Johnson opened up about his experience working out with Ryan in the past, where the trainer revealed that they used to meet at Gold’s Gym at Venice Beach every day to train, and he would see The Rock there at 3:45 AM every morning, 15 minutes before the place even opened up. The star also praised Ryan for bringing that much-needed energy along with an amazing physique which would also inspire him to push past his limits.

What’s Next For Dwayne Johnson?
As the year comes to its end, it seems like Johnson is ready to either close the year strong or open the year with the same motive with his next film.
Reports suggested that the release date for the star’s upcoming Holiday film Red One will be somewhere around 2023, most likely around Christmas. However, according to the listings on IMDb, it is now suggested that the film will be released in 2024, most likely during the early days of the new year.
