Fans consider Captain Marvel’s casting one of the most controversial castings. The 2019 film failed at leaving a good impression on fans and ended up being one of the worst-reviewed movies of the MCU. However, being an important part of the MCU, the character continued to appear in films and is all set to star in the upcoming film, The Marvels.

While discussing some of the strongest superheroes in the MCU, the podcaster shared his thoughts on how the studio messed up Captain Marvel. The discussion that started with Captain America, and Iron Man soon led to Captain Marvel as Rogan said, “Captain Marvel comes down, f**ks them all up.”

“They gave her too many powers, she almost has too many powers,” he added. Followed by his statement, comedian Alonzo Bodden shared that the studio “gave her everything, except a good movie.” Joe Rogan agreed with Bodden as he said, “That’s true, they keep fu**ing her in the movie department.”

The comedian then claimed that the movie was not very impressive as it only “filled the story” to introduce the character in the MCU. What to Expect From The Marvels?

The Marvels is set to feature Monica Rambeau, Carol Danvers, and her super-fan Kamala Khan. The film is expected to follow the trio trying to save the universe. Captain Marvel was last seen in the last episode of Miss Marvel. The episode shows her switching spots with Kamala Khan, which probably happened due to Miss Marvel’s bangle.

“Little Monica had a relationship with Carol Danvers, and we’ll get to see what happens with that relationship, and how or if, it brings them to the present,” she said.

It is also believed that Captain Marvel would have to work with Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau. And the trio would have to learn to handle their powers after they come together to save the universe.
