Although for years, people have wondered about the authenticity of the story; their doubts are finally brought to ease after Booker T reflects upon the tale. While it was an unexpected story for Booker T to dive into, he addressed people’s doubts to confirm that the story was entirely real.

The Physical Altercation Between Matt Damon And Brian Knobbs
Pro wrestling fans have not only witnessed captivating matches between wrestling legends but also have been an active audience to the tales surrounding the wrestling industry. Similarly one of the most renowned stories was about the physical altercation that took place between a WWE star, and a Hollywood actor. The tale involved Brian Knobbs, the professional wrestler best known for his tag team, Nasty Boys, and the Oppenheimer star, Matt Damon. It was alleged that the duo got into a physical altercation in the heat of a moment.
However, the story was never confirmed by either of the two parties involved, despite fans being overly interested in the tale. Thus, with the benefit of the doubt, fans have been looking for someone from the industry to confirm the speculation. Evidently, renowned wrestler and commentator, Booker T, addressed the tale after years and shed some light on its authenticity.
Booker T Confirmed The Authenticity Of The Physical Altercation
During an episode of Hall of Fame radio show, Booker T decided to subside fans’ burning doubt about the alleged physical altercation between Matt Damon and Brian Knobbs. Tackling the long-standing rumor surrounding the duo, the commentator decided to discuss the unexpected topic.
Booker T confirmed that the story of Brian Knobbs thrashing Matt Damon is completely authentic and not just an exaggerated tale. While addressing the rumor, T failed to recall the exact location of the incident, however, he emphasized that his brother, Stevie Ray, was a witness to the altercation.
Booker T admitted,
“Knobbs beat him up, that’s a true story, that’s not a legend. Somewhere, I can’t remember where it was … look, I don’t know exactly what happened, but my brother was there. Knobs beat up Matt Damon in a bar. The thing is, they probably didn’t know who Matt Damon was, because he was young at the time.”
Despite hating telling stories that he didn’t witness, Booker T confirmed that this story about the altercation is true. Damon was much younger and reckless which worked against him and led him to engage in a losing fight.
