While the Brazilian model initially denied the dating rumor with Valente, they were photographed kissing in Miami a year after she denied the stirred rumor. New sources now indicate that she is ready to go public with the relationship.
Gisele Bündchen Is Going Public About Her Relationship With Joaquim Valente
Six months after her split with Tom Brady, supermodel Gisele Bündchen bluntly denied the rumor that she was secretly dating jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente who trains her and her kids. The model said that she and Valente have been good friends as he has been a helping hand for her and her children. However, the friendship has evolved into romance over time as the duo were seen locking lips in Miami, and now they are ready to go public. Speaking with Life & Style Magazine, a source close to the couple revealed that the duo is done hiding their relationship.
“Gisele’s in love and she’s not looking back. She and Joaquim are so happy together that they refuse to hide it anymore,” a source told the magazine.
The source further added that the chemistry of the couple is “off the charts. And they no longer care who knows about it.” Following her divorce from the NFL legend “Gisele was in a rut,” the source added, noting that she gave up alcohol after her training with the jiujitsu expert.
Gisele Bündchen Kept The Secret For A Reason
The Brazilian natives have shared the romantic attraction as they share a similar culture. Aside from their “super-steamy physical attraction, Gisele and Joaquim connect on many different levels,” the source told the outlet. But beyond that, they have several common grounds. Their love of fitness and health alongside their “shared sense of humor give them even more in common.” Of course, Valente has been a great support in propelling the 43-year-old to sobriety but still kept the relationship secret for a reason.
“They didn’t publicly reveal they’re a couple for so long to protect Gisele’s kids [Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11] and, in a way, Tom as well. She also didn’t want it to look like Joaquim was the reason she and Tom broke up, even though those rumors still persist,” the source told the magazine.
Brady was suspicious of his ex-wife as the report of Bündchen seeing Valente indicates that their relationship goes back to 2021. “Tom himself had questions,” the source revealed. “He straight out asked her if she cheated and Gisele denied it and that was that.” Also, the photographs of her kissing Valente in Miami were hard on the former NFL star. But Bündchen, as per the source, is planning a future with her lover and perhaps marriage and more kids.
