“The only thing that, for me, is different is that I have not gotten the script this time. The other two, we did get it, it’s a big difference, at least for me, the MCU part of it vs. the Fox/Marvel part of it. They’re so strict. So I’ve only seen glimpses of what I’m in.”

The actor further explained that is confused because he is not entirely sure “which parts of the movie he’s in,” which is different from the last two movies as he had the entire script.

“Even when I let slip I’m wearing a mustache [as] Agent Mobius. I got [an] ominous text, saying, ‘Strike one,’ and I don’t know who that was from. We looked into it and we think it might have been Kevin Feige.”

Even actress Brie Larson once revealed that she was only provided with her own lines while shooting for Avengers: Endgame (2019). Marvel has come up with this policy to prevent any sort of leaks.

Fans have been worried as Disney has managed to acquire Fox. The main concern is that Disney is well-known for making family-friendly content and Deadpool 3 is far from it. There are rumors that the film will control its mature tone so it can be enjoyed by people of all ages. However, Karan Soni has indicated that no changes have been made,

“I have begun working on that one, so I can say that it is the same as the other two. It’s like hard R. There’s a lot of that stuff. So it does not feel different.”

Another concern was the Writers’ and Actors’ Strike, but thankfully, the production of the movie has not slowed down. Deadpool 3 is all set to hit the theatres on May 3, 2024.
