The game is based on a free-to-play model with a focus on in-game purchases with a Battle Pass system.
However, upon its release, some players have been suffering from a bug that is causing hindrances with in-game purchases. Some players are complaining that their money is not being reflected on their accounts after purchases, which has become a major cause for concern.

Players are having a hard time making in-game purchases at the moment, which is not a good sign for the long-term sustenance of the game.
