Brock Lesnar’s removal from WWE’s 2K Supercard mobile game has sparked speculation about his potential exclusion from all future 2K games and licensed products. This situation draws parallels to the removal of Chris Benoit in 2007 and Hulk Hogan in 2015.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that several readers observed Brock Lesnar’s absence from the WWE 2K Supercard Digital Collectible Game online. Upon inquiry, it has been confirmed that Lesnar was indeed removed from the game.
“Several PWInsider.com readers sent word that Brock Lesnar has disappeared from the WWE 2K Supercard Digital Collectible Game online. In asking around, we have confirmed Lesnar was indeed pulled from the game.”
Not just that, WWE even went so far as to remove him from the opening video package that fans see for every major WWE show and Premium Live Event. Regardless, it is crucial to highlight that Brock Lesnar has not faced criminal accusations or arrests. However, with the ongoing FBI investigation into Vince McMahon, the situation has the potential to escalate.
WWE Didn’t Ignore Brock Lesnar Amidst Vince McMahon’s Lawsuit After Paul Heyman’s Hall of Fame Induction
It was recently announced that Paul Heyman will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, which was certainly a long time coming for many. With that said, many fans immediately thought of Brock Lesnar, with whom Heyman had a longstanding working relationship during both of his WWE tenures.
