That being said, the most recent chapter, i.e. chapter two’s end of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex saw something incredibly amazing that fans just can’t help theorizing about it.

This chapter saw the unveiling of a stunning new jutsu called the Rasengan Uzuhiko by Boruto Uzumaki. However, the chapter ended before the protagonist could use the jutsu, leaving fans on a cliffhanger. This has promoted several lovers of the manga to create their own theories, some of which even claim that Boruto’s ungodly Rasengan technique could surpass even the greatest of the jutsu users.
Boruto Uzumaki’s Rasengan Uzuhiko Could Be Stronger Than Every Other Jutsu

Although several fans were worried regarding Boruto Uzumaki having any updates since the time skip. However, the protagonist’s unveiling of a whole new Jutsu left fans seemingly satisfied but curious about how strong the new Rasengan technique could be.
While some believe that it was only an enhanced version of the Rasengan technique, other theories suggest that this new jutsu could be a Kekkei Tota: a super rare and extremely advanced jutsu that allows its wielders unapparelled powers and goes way beyond the Kekkai Genkai, which grants its users unique techniques.
Furthermore, while a Kekkai Genkai user makes use of two chakra natures, Kekkei Tota goes on an even higher level as its user wields a combination of three chakra natures instead.
Considering how many chakra natures Boruto Uzumaki can use, along with his ability to mix chakras and create a new Jutsu like the infamous Vanishing Rasengan, it would not come as a surprise if the Rasengan Uzuhiko comes out as a Kekkei Touta ability wielded by the protagonist.
If these fan theories are actually true, then Boruto may be the next and third Kekkei Touta user in history with his own Kekkei Touta ability, and his Rasengan technique could be powerful enough to not only surpass the Kekkai Genkai but Sasuke and Naruto as well.
Fans Claim The Title Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Itself Could Be The Proof Of These Theories
Unlike the others, the panel in which Naruto’s son used his jutsu is considerably unique. This is because not only did no tangible ninjutsu get formed around his arm, but also the effects of the jutsu created from his right arm got reflected around his entire body. Since no such ninjutsu has been showcased ever before, this further hints at a unique jutsu and a Kekkei Tota ability.
Furthermore, fans’ theories can be resonated with the manga’s title itself: the ‘Vortex’ in the title could hint at the three chakra natures of wind, water, and lightning that Boruto makes combined use of since a vortex is a whirlpool or whirlwind formed during storms with the same three elements.
Moreover, the ‘Two’ in Two Blue Vortex could further hint that the protagonist of the manga holds two such jutsu in his arsenal. Thus, Boruto could not only possess the Kekkei Tota ability but could also be a vortex capable of annihilating any and every competition against his opponent through his Rasengan Uzuhiko technique.
