The game’s official price is $50 and is much shorter than the last couple of games from this franchise, which has more than ten years in the industry. A new way of playing Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, Ubisoft wants to test your skills
This year, Ubisoft will finally launch the long-awaited Assassin’s Creed Red project. This game will be set in Japan, a very anticipated location that fans were eager to have in this game. In the meantime, the company is still focusing on the latest entry in this saga. Assassin’s Creed: Mirage announces that its latest patch is already available to download. This update brings a unique and challenging mode for players to test. A complicated permadeath mechanic is now possible in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.
The game added a permadeath mode, and thanks to the update 1.0.7, Ubisoft added a Full Synchronization Challenge. This challenge consists of not respawning after desynchronizing from the Animus. In the patch notes, this new feature will show how many enemies you kill and why you were desynchronized. After that, the game will automatically delete your save file, and you will have to start over again. Once you begin this Challenge, you cannot change it until you finish the game, or you desynchronize.
There are many new things to revisit in this title
Other things added with this new patch are a new costume option, a new game plus mode, and some Easter eggs in the world that apparently have to do with a cat, according to the patch notes. Numerous bugs were fixed in every aspect of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. This particular entry of the most popular franchise that Ubisoft has a very OK reception between players and critics, with a 76 overall score in Metacritic. The price of the game was a good move from Ubisoft as a selling point.
With the majority of Assassin’s Creed being launched in October, many fans are waiting for the official announcement of the release date of Assassin’s Creed Red. Rumors are saying that this will be the biggest game in the franchise in a very long time. There is no official information from Ubisoft, but they always announce these games in June or at a special event.
