A S*xual Battery Lawsuit by Vin Diesel’s former assistant Asta Jonasson is filled with alleged disturbing events. The lawsuit claimed Jonasson struggled to escape the grasp of Diesel while continuously asking him to stop, after several attempts, she freed herself and ran for the door. The lawsuit alleged that the actor clamored Jonasson not to open the door while hugging her forcibly.
The actor allegedly “molested her body” as he groped her and started kissing her forcibly then attempted to remove her underwear. She attempted to run towards the bathroom knocking the actor down but he rose and pinned her on the wall. Further, the lawsuit claimed that Diesel forced her to touch his erect p*nis despite her constant verbal requests to stop, instead, he allegedly m*sturbated, “terrified, Ms. Jonasson closed her eyes, trying to dissociate from the sexual assault and avoid angering him,” the lawsuit stated.
The alleged incident occurred in St Regis Hotel in Atlanta. Vanity Fair first broke the news of the lawsuit which claimed Jonasson was fired hours later of the alleged assault.

Detailing the alleged incident, Asta Jonasson’s attorney Claire-Lise Kutlay said that Jonasson is also holding Diesel’s production company, One Race Productions, and his sister, Samantha Vincent who serves as the president. The lawsuit also alleged gender-based discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, and wrongful termination in One Race Productions.
“We hope Ms Jonasson’s courageous decision to come forward helps create lasting change and empowers other survivors,” Kutlay said. Responding to Vanity Fair’s request to comment on the alleged incident, Diesel’s attorney, Bryan Freedman said:
“Let me be very clear: Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety. This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly 9-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”
Plaintiff Jonasson’s lawsuit further revealed that she had signed a nondisclosure agreement while signing up for the job which kept her silent over the years. #MeToo and Time’s Up movements have inspired her to step up and the Speak Out Act has allowed her confidence to take the alleged incident to court.
