The controversial star has been in talks for the past year due to being accused of assault and violence and their run-ins with the law. However, it wasn’t always the same for them, as Miller gained praise for their performance in films like The Perks of Being a Wildflower after starting their career with the 2008 film Afterschool.
They also joined some of the most popular franchises, including Fantastic Beasts and DCEU, as the superhero The Flash. Their solo DC feature is set to release amid all the controversies surrounding them and has been a topic of discussion among netizens. Their journey has also been full of ups and downs, as the City Island actor has revealed the harassment they faced as an underaged artist in the film industry.

While it all seems glorifying and intriguing on-screen and on the red carpets, many Hollywood stars have opened up about the things they have to endure behind the scenes. Numerous actresses came out and named the people who took advantage of their situation during the #MeToo movement.
However, there are still many who have shared their stories but have been hesitant to name the perpetrator. 30-year-old actor, Ezra Miller, has also shared how they were harassed by a director and producer during their initial years in Hollywood.
Miller, who started their career as a teenager, shared that an unnamed director and producer offered them a “movie about gay revolution.” The Madame Bovary actor also shared that they were underage at the time and were still offered wine.
“And I was like, ‘No, you guys are monsters,'” they shared during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. However, Miller did not reveal the names of the individuals who harassed them.
Ezra Miller Talked About the #MeToo Movement
As they opened up about facing harassment in Hollywood, Ezra Miller also reflected on the impact the #MeToo movement has had on the industry. They claimed that such things are unacceptable, and it’s amazing that people are now aware of what really goes on behind the camera.
“It’s a great fu*kin’ age of being like, ‘You know what? That shit’s unacceptable,’ And it’s amazing for a lot of us to watch.”
Miller further stated, “That’s what Hollywood is. I thought we all knew we were s*x workers.” The Flash star later talked about the #MeToo movement in an interview with GQ and suggested rehabilitating men. “Let’s rehabilitate men. Let’s drop men like flies,” they said while claiming that they were up for it.
