Dan Stevens, who was playing the titular role in FX’s Legion, opened up with Screen Rant about how there is always room for a possible return. Despite the series having ended five years ago, there is always an open door the actor looks forward to.

“It was a really fun role. I’ve never had anything like it come across my inbox, and it was such a fun gang to work with. The director of Deadpool is here tonight. I think we could maybe have a word. Do you think we should corner him and see what we can do? This is Vegas. We can sort this out.”

He elaborated on how the experience he had while working on the show was unique. No other project of his was ever as fun and interactive to work with.

Stevens admitted that he is not closed off to the idea of a possible return as Legion within the X-Men franchise. Now that it is merging with the MCU, the opportunity is not far-fetched to be considered. Especially with Deadpool 3 in the making.
