As highlighted by a player on the game’s official subreddit, Arrowhead Studios, the developing house responsible for making the game in the first place has subtly revealed one major piece of information, sending many Helldivers 2 players into shock.

Along the journey, many bonds were made, and some were broken, but what remained amongst the players was the will to spread democracy and liberation throughout the galaxy. However, it seems the end destination still lies far away as Arrowhead reveals everything that happened so far was merely ‘special military operations‘.

As pointed out by the following Reddit user, the players have been in training all along, preparing the soldiers for what is about to come next. The announcement highlighted by the user also mentions how the galactic war against tyranny is away from ending anytime soon, and the players will be deployed to fight for democracy until Liberty is made safe forever.

The announcement further mentions how all forces are now being mobilized, essentially meaning how Super-Earth is finally gearing up for what seems to be the deciding brawl between the Helldivers and enemy factions. Unfortunately, the question still remains, of how players are supposed to spread democracy if the game remains full of glitches and bugs.

How Players Have Had A Rocky Journey With Helldivers 2

A still from Helldivers 2
The journey for a Helldivers 2 player has been rocky, to say the least

Ever since the beginning, the title has unluckily stumbled upon errors that cause inconvenience to gamers. Ranging from server issues to Sony trying to implement a PSN account mandate for players on PC, your average Helldivers has seen it all and has even managed to move on from it.

But if they will be able to keep doing so remains a matter of concern and the answer most possibly turns out to be a no if Arrowhead Studios does not buckle up soon and deliver the fans a smooth experience. The current complaints from the community arise from those who tried to upgrade their ship, which would not take off if they happened to carry a Super Sample with them, causing the player to do nothing but wait hopelessly as the enemy faction overpowers them.

Helldivers 2 is available to purchase on Steam.
