DC’s upcoming movie, The Flash, has created a lot of hype among the fans. Recently, a second was released that confirmed that Ezra Miller’s Flash teams up with Michael Keaton’s Batman, Ben Affleck’s Batman, and Sasha Calle’s Supergirl. The trailer was enough to keep the fans on the edge of their seats as the internet has gone wild since its release.

Although the movie is already exciting enough, there have been several reports that claim that the movie was supposed to feature some more fan-favorite characters. Andy Muschietti previously explained why the movie does not include Grant Gustin, Marlon Brando, Lynda Carter & other cameos.

There were rumors spreading around that claimed that director Andy Muschietti’s upcoming movie, The Flash, will have a lot of cameos. While Michael Keaton reprised his role, Muschietti confirmed that many other celebrities will not be appearing in the movie,

“Of course, as I said before the list of cameos…was huge. So obviously we played with the idea of including DC characters from TV, but we just had to pick.”

The director of the movie confirmed that the movie contained more cameos, including Grant Gustin‘s Flash, but they had to cut it out at the last moment.

The Flash recently premiered at the CinemaCon in Las Vegas and although it was an unfinished version, fans still loved it. Vue Cinemas CEO Timothy Richards said,

“I absolutely loved it. It’s got heart, it’s got soul. You care about the characters. It’s going to be big. It’s great to see the whole Warner Bros. slate including comedies, horror, and DC. Everything that our audiences are desperate for.”

Many viewers have even called it “probably one of the greatest superhero movies ever made” and it is expected that the movie will easily meet fans’ expectations and will live up to its hype.

Andy Muschietti previously talked about working with Ezra Miller. The director said,

“One of the best actors I’ve ever worked with. Every tool in the toolkit… [Miller] is an incredible comedian, and [has] all the action required for a big spectacle like this.”

Ezra Miller found themselves in the spotlight last year after multiple allegations of misconduct came into the limelight. Many fans demanded their removal but they still remain the face of the movie. The Flash is all set to hit the theatres on June 16th, 2023.
