The fight between Chihiro and the sorcerer in Chapter 4 of Kagurabachi was really eye-opening as it revealed a lot about the protagonist’s power. As Chihiro prepares to fight the sorcerer, a mysterious black goldfish appears behind him. Char was quite stunned at the sight, but Shiba explained to her that the enchanted katana makes a person’s spirit energy stronger and allows it to form a shape that is unique to the person.

With that being said, his goldfish is massively overpowered compared to a regular sorcerer’s magic. As the villain hurls some explosives at Chihiro, he reveals another power called Aka, which means Red. A beautiful red goldfish appears, which surprises the sorcerer, who assumes that Chihiro ran out of powers.

Chihiro attacks the sorcerer with a move called Black. The fight gets more intense as Chihiro evades his offense and jumps over all the tricks that the sorcerer has for him. There’s another power called the Red: Invisible, which allows him to absorb the other person’s powers.

Chapter 4 focuses on the fight between Chihiro and the sorcerer. The latter realizes the protagonist’s powers as he doesn’t create objects from magic; rather, his power is the magic itself.
