Throughout its 4 season run, Hannah Montana launched several actors to the top, with the most prominent one being Miley Cyrus, who played the show’s lead. But this wasn’t the case for everyone, including Moises Arias, who played Rico Suave Jr.Rico in the popular show before it was halted by Disney in 2011.

But unlike Cyrus, who kept on ascending to the top, Moises Arias remained out of the public spotlight after the show ended and further found himself in hot water in 2014. Although he remained pretty active as an actor in the years after the Disney show ended, it wasn’t until the pandemic that Arias would find himself in another prominent project.

Samaritan gave Hannah Montana Star Moises Arias the required boost

While Moises Arias has kept on taking several low-profile acting gigs to keep his acting career running, the years after Hannah Montana witnessed him finding his footing in photography. But after being out of the public limelight for almost a decade, the Hannah Montana Star earned a prominent gig in the Sylvester Stallone-led superhero movie Samaritan. But filming the superhero flick had its trouble following the rise of COVID, which resulted in a brief pause in the production process. Arias told ComicBookMovie.com:

“What we had done, it was a great group of people, and it’s really intense and creative and a difficult endeavor, so I hope we can get back to finish the second half soon.”

While Samaritan didn’t exactly open to rave reviews from critics, it was a hit among audiences, which put the Hannah Montana actor back on the map.

Moises Arias Is Open to Working With DC and Marvel in the Future

Despite not being into comic books as a kid, Moises Arias possesses a deep fondness for CBMs and is open to working in them moving forward. Arias further explained that his friends would love to see him step into the world of Marvel and DC, as he explained,

“I haven’t had anything in mind, as a kid, I didn’t really buy comic books so I’m not too educated on what hasn’t been produced for television or film, but those are the most exciting films right now. I do train regularly, I would be open for any of them if the opportunity presented itself. I know my friends would kill to see me in anything Marvel or DC, but that’s definitely something I’m interested in and am looking forward to.”
