In Santa Monica, wearing matching outfits and with their drinks in hand, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were seen making their way to their car. In what appears to be a classic, chivalrous move, Affleck opens the passenger side door for his wife. However, fans didn’t get the time to appreciate the adorable gesture, as in the next moment, Affleck slams the door shut.

This gave the impression that the couple might be going through an argument before getting in the car. While wondering what has gotten Affleck in such a mood, the internet was divided into two teams. While one side believed that Lopez was the problem, the other side stated that Affleck was simply annoyed about getting filmed everywhere he goes.

Fans of Ben Affleck know that the actor loves his privacy. And while he knows getting papped is part of the package, he wouldn’t mind keeping some personal moments hidden from the public eye. This includes his honeymoon. A honeymoon is one of the most intimate times for a couple and they deserve all the privacy they can get.

However, Affleck and Lopez had no privacy during their Parisian honeymoon, as the paparazzi kept following them everywhere. An insider stated, “Ben was a little freaked out in Paris.” The insider called it “an almost Princess-Diana level” situation. They added,

“Ben is used to the flashing lights. But he felt that the honeymoon was a tsunami. Jen’s made out of steel and knows it comes with the territory [but] he still gets pissed.”

The paparazzi are not everyone’s cup of tea, and let’s be honest, things tend to get out of hand sometimes! Having your every move captured can sure take a toll on people.
