The beloved actor will be playing the role of Romeo in the new ROMEO & JULIET play. Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the biggest stars in the world. The one work he has to thank for kickstarting his success was his appearance in the 1996 adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. This film became a classic in every way, being referenced and remade time and time again with some twist or the other.

As soon as the news of his casting as Romeo was released to the world, one of the first questions that were asked was if his portrayal would live up to the standard set by DiCaprio.
