Since Disney has announced that they will be re-releasing some of the famous Disney movies, people are excited to watch them again on the big screen. Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl which was released in the year 2003 will be released again on 7 July 2023. Fans are excited to see the 60-year-old actor once again as Captain Jack Sparrow but they are also waiting for Pirates of the Caribbean part 6Netizens want to know when will Disney come back with the much-awaited 6th part of the action-adventure series.

Johnny Depp’s return to the Pirates of the Caribbean film series is noncommittal

After Depp won the defamation trial against Amber Heard, people are rooting for the actor’s comeback in Hollywood. Depp fans want The Tourist actor to lead the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise again. During an interview, Disney’s production president Sean Bailey opened up about the 60-year-old actor’s comeback in the action-adventure franchise. Bailey also mentioned that they have a great story in hand for the upcoming movie but they cannot commit regarding Depp’s appearance in the movie. While talking about the Pirates of the Caribbean movie, the 53-year-old production president said,

We think we have a really good, exciting story that honors the films that have come before but also has something new to say.”

The re-release of the first part of the film franchise has once again ignited the question regarding Depp’s comeback in the series.
