Marvel fans seem to be in a conundrum as the franchise has fluctuated in quality over the last few years. The shows and films that come out of the franchise seem to not have the same creative direction that the ‘Infinity Saga’ had. Marvel is especially suffering with their Disney Plus original series, with most of the shows being stopped after season one.
After WandaVision, Ms. Marvel, and Moonknight, the Tatiana Maslany starrer She-Hulk: Attorney at Law seems to be the next Marvel series that does not yet have a second season. The show received mixed reviews with many criticizing the VFX of the show. Maslany recently revealed why there was a delay in announcing the second season.

Why Was Marvel’s She-Hulk Criticized?
The Marvel show She-Hulk: Attorney at Law was released in August of 2022 and received mixed reviews. The Tatiana Maslany starrer saw her play Jennifer Walter a.k.a She-Hulk, an attorney who gains the Hulk’s powers after her blood is cross-contaminated with her cousin Bruce Banner’s. The series is packaged as a superhero show in a sitcom format.
The show featured many cameos from MCU characters such as Tim Roth’s Abomination and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, with Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner also making an appearance. The show received positive responses for its writing and sitcom format which mocked the usual trope employed by Marvel and even featured fourth wall-breaks.

The series, however, received criticisms for its VFX, which was heavily trolled in the trailers. Many considered it to be entering the uncanny valley territory, while some compared parts of the effects to that of the Tom Hanks starrer Polar Express. The show also gained criticism from fans, with the Rotten Tomatoes Audience Score reading at 32%.
She-Hulk was the final media from Marvel for its Phase Four slate of films and shows, which began with the Disney Plus series WandaVision. The media released from this phase have only been downhill, with rare bursts of brilliance from the legendary franchise. Films such as The Marvels and Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania and series such as Secret Invasion have flopped.

Will She-Hulk Have A Second Season?
The Marvel series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is one in the roster of Disney Plus shows that have not yet received a second season. Shows such as WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Moonknight, Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, and more are yet to receive any updates on their second seasons. The only Marvel-based Disney Plus originals that have seen a second season are Loki and the upcoming What If…?.
Tatiana Maslany recently revealed the reason why She-Hulk: Attorney a Law was yet to be commissioned a second season when she appeared on the Codenames Live! – The New Class stream. When asked if fans could hope for a second season, she said,
“I don’t think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like, ‘No thanks.’”
However, fans seem to be happy about the news as many considered it to be one of the worst shows by Marvel. Though the critics’ score for the show ranked higher than the audience score, the fans seemed to have hated the show more than Secret Invasion, which was one of Marvel’s worst-rated shows.

Wow. When the star herself has doubts about the series, you know you shouldn't go forward on this.

Wasted is a nice replacement for "blew". even if you ignore the vfx, story seems like a joke lol #shehulk pic.twitter.com/Ejyi9v6Wqr

Not a Single person on this planet is asking for a season 2 anyway. Just don’t think about it, move on from it and act like Season 1 never happened. It is Marvel’s worst creation anyway.

Even if @MarvelStudios has the budget, make better content & not this!
Though there has been no confirmation of a second season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk is speculated to return in other Marvel films and shows, with Daredevil: Born Again being her most likely next appearance.
