The Uncharted actor spoke about his EMS training, which he described as being both mildly amusing and incredibly agonizing, during his previous appearance on The Graham Norton Show. He was accompanied by Sienna Miller and Mark Wahlberg

As he recalled how he and his best friend would turn up the intensity of the machine whenever the trainer left the room, Holland confessed that he had cheated during his workouts.

“I basically cheated. I did it with my best friend and every time the trainer would go to the bathroom one of us would crank up the machine that my friend was using.”
