Xbox Game Pass is one of the few standout aspects of Microsoft’s consoles, as it allows subscribers to experience games that they may not otherwise get the chance to or be much interested in. Xbox players don’t have to spend $70 on relatively newer AAA releases thanks to the Game Pass, which constantly adds exciting titles to its catalog at a cheaper price.

It’s one of the only areas where Xbox has the upper hand on Sony’s consoles, as PlayStation Plus is usually hit or miss, and the latest Game Pass addition solidifies that.

Xbox Game Pass Gets One of the Best Star Wars Games

Last week, it was announced that the newest Star Wars game, Jedi: Survivor, will be added to Game Pass, along with being included in EA’s Play List. The title became available as part of the subscription for both PC Game Pass and Ultimate Game Pass subscribers, and considering how the Xbox Series X/S version of the game fared better than its PlayStation counterpart when it came to reviews, now is the perfect time to head back into a galaxy far, far away.

Despite being launched a year ago, Jedi: Survivor is priced at $69.99 on digital stores, but if the opportunity to play it at a lower price doesn’t peak someone’s interest, the epic sequence in the post above should seal the deal.

The set piece showcases how exciting Star Wars Jedi: Survivor can be, as Cal Kestis can be seen in the middle of an intense battle as he runs on walls, glides in the air, and tries to avoid the incoming attacks from the enemy machines.

Ending with a shot of the character taking out his lightsaber to fight a boss, the footage shows why the game was considered one of the greatest gaming experiences that a stacked year like 2023 had to offer, and checking it out is a no-brainer since it’s now available to play on Xbox Game Pass.

More Players Are Checking Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Out Now

Developers may have some issues with how Game Pass works, but for the players, the subscription service is nothing less than a gaming goldmine.

After its recent addition to the Game Pass library, more gamers are giving Star Wars Jedi: Survivor a chance, as they finally realize just how good Respawn Entertainment’s title truly is.

The footage above may be from a different segment in the game, but it is just as thrilling, with Cal Kestis showing off his multiple lightsaber stances, starting off with a single blade to transforming the weapon into a double blade stance.

Its inclusion in Game Pass is further proof that although Microsoft’s consoles do not have many exclusive titles, the subscription service gives them the strength to survive in today’s gaming landscape.
