The Sony versus Microsoft lawsuit that has been going on since last year often proved to be a golden opportunity for the public to have an insight into what goes on behind the scenes in the gaming industry, as well as some inside trade secrets that were never supposed to be revealed.
However, the information that is revealed in court is not only limited to the number of sales and profit charts but on occasion has revealed confidential plans for what the corporations plan to bring out in the future consoles, something which was never supposed to go public.

Microsoft Plans To Take On Sony Head-On
Years of rivalry between the consoles of both companies, Xbox and PlayStation respectively, have always had a clear winner between the different generations, that being the PlayStation.
However, recently leaked documents showed that Microsoft just might be ready to take over finally. The new leaks reveal information about the next generation of Xbox, as well as another generation of Xbox controllers.
The leaked documents unveil how the coming generation of Xbox has been proposed for the year 2028, meaning we have some time before we even get to see a teaser for the same. The leaks include the specifications of the upcoming console, called to be the strongest Microsoft console ever.
The leaked documents also reveal that Microsoft plans to launch a console next year and will be competing with the PlayStation 5 Pro console. These Xbox consoles will be called Xbox Series X/S refresh and are planned to be released in October and August 2024. The specifications and features for these consoles are as follows.

New Xbox “Sebile” Controller To Have Similar Technology To Dualsense Controller
The recent leaks also disclose a new controller that will be released next year with the “refresh” consoles. Microsoft has supposedly planned to compete with PlayStation’s Dualsense Controller by having a similar haptic technology in their own controller called the Precise Haptic Feedback Technology.
The controller will also be featuring Bluetooth 5.2 and Direct-To Cloud connection, allowing players to seamlessly connect to and play on cloud gaming service providers.
The leaked documents also reveal how the thumb sticks of the new controller might be more resistant to wear and tear than what we have seen in the previous generations. It is also speculated that Sebile might have a new Lift To Wake technology, allowing players to turn on their console as soon as they lift their controller.
