Is a repeat of the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard drama going to happen again? Fans of Kevin Costner predict so after the actor complained to the judge regarding his ongoing divorce case with Christine Baumgartner. The Yellowstone actor said that Baumgartner was refusing to move out of their shared home.
The star stated that their prenuptial agreement meant that if they got divorced, she had to leave the premises within 30 days. He explained that he put up this stipulation in the prenup because of his previous divorce with Cindy Silva where he had to pay $80 million in the 1994 settlement. Now, fans of the actor are calling his current estranged wife a gold digger and Amber Heard.
Kevin Costner’s Estranged Partner Revealed That He Has No Legal Basis To Kick Her Out
Christine Baumgartner’s lawyer, John Rydell, accused Kevin Costner of having zero legal basis for trying to kick her as well as her kids out of the $145 million compound located off the Santa Barbara coast. Rydell wrote in the court documents that:
“This RFO (request for order) seeks to kick Christine and their three children out of the house that the children have lived in for their entire lives. Although the legal basis for Kevin’s request to kick his wife and children out of their home is all but nonexistent, this is still a matter of critical importance for Christine.”
Apart from this, Costner said that he’s trying to get joint custody of Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13. These are his children who he has Baumgartner. The actor also clarified that their mother’s absence from the house won’t affect them much. He said:
“Because the children will be spending at least half of their time at my home, they will not be disrupted by Christine’s imminent move. Christine and I have been working on a summer schedule to ensure that the children have a smooth transition between our two homes.”
Fans of the Man of Steel actor aren’t happy to hear that Baumgartner isn’t complying with the alleged prenuptial agreement. As such, they are trolling her for possibly trying to get a share of the actor’s wealth.

A judge has yet to rule on whether to prevent Baumgartner from accessing or staying in Costner’s compound. It remains to be seen how this matter gets resolved.
