As Ben Affleck would be made to follow some specific set of rules which Jennifer Lopez has made her previous spouses follow as well.
The couple met on the set of Gigli in 2002, and soon started dating each other and got engaged that year. However, they postponed their wedding to 2003, until they decided to go their separate ways. After their split, Lopez did not have stable relationships, To protect herself from heartbreak, she made all of them follow a specific set of rules, and Affleck is no exception to these rules.

According to Marca, Ben Affleck was made to sign a prenuptial agreement with some unusual stipulations from Jennifer Lopez. One of the unusual conditions that the Out Of Sight actress made the actor sign was that must have physical intimacy four times a week.
However, the Live by Night actor denied the claims of having a “four-a-week” intimacy clause. He mentioned that neither of them is naive to put such conditions in their wedding agreement.
“You can’t legislate behavior. You’ve got to believe in the person and believe you can meet the challenges you face. Neither of us are stupid or naïve. It would be nice if you could have ‘The Rules,’ but you just can’t write it down.”
Even though there are no absurd clauses in the prenuptial agreement, the couple has made some ground rules for themselves to follow to grow closer to each other
Jennifer Lopez Requires Ben Affleck to Follow a Strict Diet
The most important rule, that all of the spouses had to follow was to be in pique physical condition. Reports state when Affleck and Lopez got back together, she made him follow a strict diet and workout routine that should make the guy look like he is “worthy of dating” her.
“When they first started dating, Ben was up at 5 a.m., hitting the gym with J.Lo. He was a lot more conscious about looking like a guy who was worthy of dating Hollywood’s biggest glamour gal. She expects him to pick up the slack and wants him working out every day and eating right, no excuses.”
Moreover, Ben Affleck also has to control his drinking habits because the actress had set “a restriction of three drinks.” During an interview with Women’s Health, J. Lo said “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.” And the Deep Water addressed his time in the rehabilitation center, and sobriety when he was on The Howard Stern Show.
“The cure for addiction is suffering, you suffer enough, that something inside you goes, ‘I’m done.'”
The actor continued that he managed to win this battle because he lost the bonds that were important to him and he was quick to work on it.
“I’m lucky because I hit that point before I lost the things that were most important. Not my career or money—it was my relationship with my kids, and when I felt as if it impacted them, I recognized it.”
Even though the couple has changed significantly since they started dating but it looks like both of them are making sacrifices to make things work.
