To bring his DC stint to full circle, Zack Snyder is all set for a screening event this weekend in California. The event is expected to run from April 27th to April 30th at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena where he is an alumnus and member of the board of trustees. Ahead of the schedule, Snyder recently posted three photos from Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice and his version of Justice League.

Featuring a Knightmare suited up Batfleck, Affleck in his original Batman suit, and Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, the never seen before photos have already shaken up the internet. With people reminiscing on the Snyderverse, something they hoped would keep continuing its legacy for years to come, it seems that the photos had their intended impact before his three DC movies get premiered once again.

Zack Snyder’s Snyderverse comes to Full Circle

Announced at the end of March this year, Zack Snyder hoped to give himself and the audience a proper closure to his short but far-sighted time in DC. April 27th will start the event with Man of Steel, his first DC movie, and inarguably, the best Superman movie ever made according to fans. The latter two days will show his next two masterpieces, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League respectively.

The event along with finally giving the fans a much-needed closure, will also benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, as well as Autumn Snyder Tribute Fund in the memory of Zack Snyder’s daughter who died at the age of 20 through suicide in 2017.

As such, along with a celebration it is also expected to be a highly emotional and important event for Snyder. As a result, without pulling any punches he has gone all out with organizing live Q&As, and discussions with many actors during that time through video calls. People, obviously, are highly enthusiastic to join in this intriguing venture for a noble cause.

Building up the anticipation for the event, Snyder recently took to his Vero account to share some photos from his beloved Snyderverse. As mentioned, one photo is featuring Ben Affleck in all his glory in his uniquely made suit. Another one, though, focused on Batman in his never before seen Knightmare suit who took a stand in a desolate world ravaged by Darkseid and a corrupted Superman.

However, another one surprisingly showed Kiersey Clemons in her role as Iris West, aka, Barry Allen’s love interest who first made her DC debut in the Justice League. Her cameo, though, was cut by Joss Whedon who took the mantle from Zack Snyder after he took a break following the family tragedy in 2017.

Although Snyder reinstated her role in the movie in Justice League Snyder cut, it will likely not be acknowledged in Andy Muschietti’s The Flash releasing this June.

As a result, although fans have been asking for him to be reinstated in the DCU, it will likely not happen in James Gunn’s Chapter One: Gods and Monsters reign, as he has already recast most of Snyder’s superhero ensemble cast right after he joined.

However, with the multiverse in action, some fans are also hoping that sometime in the future there might be a chance of Snyder closing his versions of the stories, if not through a movie, then at least through animated series or something similar.

Zack Snyder’s Full Circle event will be held at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena from April 28th to April 30th.
