Zendaya has been linked with her Spider-Man co-star even before the release of their first film together. While the 2017 film Spider-Man: Homecoming portrayed Laura Harrier’s Liz Allan as Peter Parker’s love interest, the chemistry between Parker and MJ was undeniable and both of them confessed their feeling in the sequel, Far From Home.

Zendaya Goes Viral For Denying Paul Mescal’s Help

There have been multiple occurrences of someone tripping while going on stage. Paul Mescal might have also wished to make sure that his co-presenter Zendaya also didn’t trip when he offered to hold her hand during the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

However, the Euphoria star did not seem to notice his concern as she took the stage to present the award for Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series. The 26-year-old actress joined The Deceived star to present the award.

Fans were quick to spot something that many may have missed at first. As the two of them start moving toward the stage, Mescal offers to escort the Emmy-winning actress on stage, but the Frenemies star keeps on walking. The small clip went viral on social media as fans pointed out how the Spider-Man co-stars and lovers try to avoid physical touch from others.

Paul Mescal, however, also seemed a little taken aback as he fumbled over his words while presenting the award. Though Zendaya rejected Mescal’s assistance, he should have tried to do the same for Jessica Chastain, as the actress tripped on her way to the stage to accept the Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series for the 2022 drama series, George & Tammy.

Fans did not just stop with the recent clip of the Dune star as they started recollecting the moments both Tom Holland and Zendaya avoided physical touch from others.
