Jonathan Majors’ rise to stardom was something that everyone was excited to witness. The last few years turned out to be pivotal for the actor as his projects like Lovecraft Country, Da 5 Bloods, and The Harder They Fall proved to be stepping stones in his rise as a Hollywood actor. He was selected to portray the MCU’s next big threat Kang in the current Multiverse saga.
However, his recent guilty verdict derailed his career, as he was dropped by his representatives and was even fired from the MCU. His upcoming film Magazine Dreams has been dropped by its distributor. But it seems his Hollywood career is not over yet as the actor seems to be preparing for a new role and is hitting hard at the gym.

The actor was dropped by his agency and many of his upcoming projects got shelved or canceled. Majors was dropped from the role of Kang in the MCU and everyone thought Majors’ Hollywood career was nearing its end.

Honestly, if Jonathan Majors is still gonna be making movies, he might as well come back as Kang the Conqueror. I don't really see the harm in that now.

I'm happy he's still getting roles despite being falsely accused and getting screwed over by Disney.

The fan support for Majors has been heartwarming, and the actor is certainly one of the most talented actors of his generation. While the actor seems to be working hard to earn his second chance in the industry, another roadblock has emerged recently as his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari filed another lawsuit, suing him on account of alleged assault, battery, and defamation.
Marvel Studios Reportedly Bringing Back Kang Without Jonathan Majors
After Jonathan Majors was fired from the role of Kang in the MCU, the studio retitled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty to just Avengers 5. People believed that with his firing, the character of Kang would be removed from the future of the MCU as well. However, recent reports suggest that the studio still has plans for the character, even without Majors no longer playing him.
As reported by popular scooper Daniel Richtman (via Forbes), Marvel Studios is still keeping Kang as the major villain for the upcoming two Avengers films. He further stated that there will be another villain in the mix alongside Kang, possibly to aid him in his sinister plans. This is surprising news, considering the recent change of the title of the fifth Avengers film and the underwhelming response to Kang so far.
There were also reports that Rustin star Colman Domingo would be taking over the role of Kang. It remains to be seen if this report holds as the studio will surely address its future plans sometime in the future. For now, fans should wait for that official confirmation from the studio.
