In March 2023, he was arrested for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, and after trials, was convicted in December 2023 on account of assault and harassment. While his potential sentencing is postponed for April 8, Majors now finds himself hit with another lawsuit.

Jabbari alleges Majors abused her emotionally and physically while they were together, and tried to control her. She also says he threatened to hurt himself if she broke up with him. The lawsuit mentions incidents from their relationship which allegedly caused such pain to Jabbari.

“Majors became angry with Grace. She became afraid and instinctively tried to calm him down. Majors began shouting in Grace’s face and grabbed both her arms, pinning them to her body. He then shoved her into the shower door, causing the shower door to open. He then threw her body into the shower wall, causing her head to hit the wall.”

When Grace tried to escape, things escalated. In an effort to stop the abuse, Grace informed Majors that she was going to have to inform his team of what he had done to her, at which point, Majors began throwing candles and other objects in a frenzied state, denting the wall and leaving glass shattered on the floor.” – The lawsuit

The verdict on Jonathan Majors’ December assault and harassment case won’t be clear until his sentencing on April 8th. The scheduling was originally set for February 6 but was postponed after various post-conviction motions were filed by his attorneys.

After the court conviction in December, Jonathan Majors was fired from the projects he was a part of, including Marvel. Despite this, Majors has been training hard to get into a great shredded shape for a potential movie role.

As per TMZ, Jonathan Majors has been “hitting the gym hard and training for a possible gig before flying back to New York”. On the other hand, Marvel has apparently moved on from booking Majors and Kang as the big bad of the Multiverse Saga and has dropped the name Kang Dynasty from the next Avengers movie.
