Levi Ackerman is Inspired From Rorschach

Hajime Isayama, the creator of the Attack on Titan manga, claimed that Rorschach is one of many figures who have gone into Levi’s imagination, and he surely appears to be the most unexpected and interesting. In a 2014 interview, he said that he was inspired to develop Levi after viewing Watchmen. Rorschach and Levi are both fairly short, but despite their stature, they both have great combat skills and superior physical talents. Surprisingly, the characters have a similar history. In Attack on Titan, Levi grows up in the squalor of an underground city, whereas Rorschach is a victim of abuse in a working-class New York City neighborhood.

Who is Rorschach from Watchmen?

Rorschach is a fictional antihero in the 1986 graphic book limited series Watchmen, published by DC Comics. Rorschach (actual name Walter Kovacs) was a brutal vigilante driven by moral absolutism. When superheroes were prohibited, he went undercover and persisted illegally when all others had given up. Rorschach was a great street fighter who refined his skills over his years of crime fighting and his time in prison. Rorschach, who has been training to become a great athlete, has been able to jump from roof to roof, scale tall structures, and land on his feet without ever making a sound.
