Nearly more than 15 years after starring as each other’s love interest in The ’70s Show, Mila Kunis, and Ashton Kutcher started dating in real life. After starting their relationship in 2012, the couple tied the knot in 2015, becoming one of the star couples of Hollywood. They have been together since then and have become parents to two children. The couple has shared the responsibilities of being parents, and it has only made their relationship stronger and brought them closer.
Although the couple loves their children with all their hearts, they do not plan on spoiling them in any way possible. And despite being “goofy parents,” they do not plan on leaving any money for their children in the form of an inheritance.
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher Do Not Plan to Leave an Inheritance For Their Kids
Every parent wants their children to accomplish something in their life. And when it comes to celebrity parents, some of them make sure that their children become as successful as they are. And Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are not any different. However, having grown up in lower-middle-class families, the couple is well aware of the significance of struggle and money in life.
And with a collective net worth of $275 million, they do not want to spoil their kids. During his appearance on Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast, The Ranch star shared that he and his wife do not plan to set up trust funds for their kids.
He shared that his kids are growing up in a privileged life and “they don’t even know it.” Kutcher shared that his kids have no idea how privileged they are cause this is the only lifestyle they have had. “And they’ll never know it because this is the only one that they’ll know,” he said.
So, he and his wife have decided not to set up trust funds for their kids and give away their money to charity instead. “I’m not setting up a trust for them. We’ll end up giving our money away to charity and various things,” he shared. However, he did mention that he would fund his kids if they plan to start a business and have a solid plan for that.
Ashton Kutcher said that he wants to raise his kids to be good people and do his best as a father. However, he might not be able to accomplish that if they hand them everything on a silver platter. He believes that if there is no inheritance for his children, they will be motivated to work harder.
Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher Want Their Kids to Value Money
Just like her husband, Mila Kunis also wants her kids to understand the value of money. During her appearance on The Kyle & Jackie O Show, she shared that she does not want her kids to be handed everything only on their single demand. The Black Swan actress shared that neither she nor her husband was too privileged growing up.
She further added that they “are very aware of what a dollar’s worth because it’s 100 percent earned by [them].” However, that does not mean they are not fun or highly strict toward their kids. The mother of two shared that she and her husband are “silly at home” and are “very goofy parents.”
Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher have been happily married for the past seven years and share two children, an 8-year-old daughter, Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher, and a 6-year-old son, Dimitri Portwood Kutcher.
