Neuvillette Surpasses Yelan in Genshin Impact
Version 4.1 is only the second patch since the introduction of Fontaine. There have been various characters who have been added to the game and many who have made their reruns since the beginning of Fontaine. Version 4.0 saw Lyney a 5-star, and Lynette with Freminet, who are both 4-stars, coming into the game. They had their banners up alongside those of Yelan, Zhongli, and Childe. All four of the limited banner characters are extremely strong and more loved by the community altogether. However, Lyney and Yelan’s collective banner earned a mere $2,983,420 among the Chinese Servers’ iOS players.
Version 4.1 introduced the much-awaited character, Neuvillette. His banner came alongside Hu Tao’s, another extremely strong and adored character. As per the information that has been given out by Genshinlab, the banner made a whopping $3,077,364 on its first day. It is also to note that this is limited to only Chinese servers that play on iOS devices. With the inclusion of Android, PC, and PlayStation players, this number would be much higher. Neuvillette and Hu Tao managed to beat even Zhongli and Childe’s fourth rerun, which is no ordinary achievement considering Archon banners always have a much higher revenue.
How Much Have Hu Tao and Neuvillette Made so far?
In terms of total revenue, Hu Tao and Neuvillette’s banner is still behind considering that its run hasn’t ended yet. However, so far it has made just under $6 Million. Neuvillette is not just a character who caught the eye of multiple players but his unique playstyle contributes to his popularity. He is not only fun to play but also hits hard.
Many people have managed to 36-star the Spiral Abyss using him, that too with ease. With his inclusion, another character has been added to the list of some of the strongest main DPSs. From Alhaitham to Neuvillette, not only is he strong via the in-game lore, but he also can make the game easier with his dragon-esque charged attack.
