Lindsay Lohan Broke Down During Interview With Oprah Winfrey
Beginning her interview via OWN with Oprah Winfrey to regain her reputation, Lindsay Lohan initially broke down as she reappeared in front of camera and crew, after months. Soon getting control of her emotions, Lohan began narrating her story by beginning with her sobriety and rehab journey.
“It’s weird to film the things that are going on…I’m just not used to it. And I’m learning how to deal with life in a different light than I’ve before, and in a different way than I’ve before. And at the end of the day, my main objective is to maintain my sobriety.”
Guided by her sobriety coach Michael, Lindsay Lohan began discussing the obstacles in her journey. Breaking down into tears, the actress stated how she became an easy target for the media due to the reputation she created. That’s when Oprah Winfrey asked her, “So was this untrue, it was reported that you were out and you were gone to see your boyfriend and you were out late at night?”
“No, it’s not true at all. And I’m really offended and hurt by it because it was one of those instances where I could actually say that is not true.”
Winfrey reflected upon the news reported by several outlets including TMZ, the actress was accused of partying before rehab, with her rumored new man, Avi Snow. However, Lohan debunked the news as fake during her emotional interview serving her documentary.
