Well, if you believe you’re exceptionally skilled at Elden Ring, please brace yourself for a potential reality check. FromSoftware’s popular action RPG isn’t really easy to beat, and its scary bosses can make it even more difficult. It is especially not easy to kill them with a single shot, and being able to do this is a sign of great talent.

Sadly, prepare to feel a little worse because there are players out there who take down tough bosses in one shot without even leveling up once. ‘Titus Actual | Dr One Shot‘ named Elden Ring player demonstrates just that and shows off his impressive skills.

Elden Ring‘s combat mechanics are not that easy to master.

Titus Actual, also known as Dr One Shot, is a player who dedicates thousands of hours playing Elden Ring, engages in PvP, and, in a nutshell, has a knack for making other players feel challenged. The player, who can kill difficult bosses in the game with one hit without leveling up, has done this before, and now he makes things a little more complicated with another narrative video.

Titus does not do this by chance or randomly. To do this, he has very strict rules, and he acts according to them throughout his journey and sticks to the plan.

The rules he set to defeat Elden Ring and its tough bosses easily are as follows:

  • Must start and stay at Level 1 (Wretch Class).
  • Boss fights with multiple opponents, allowing for one hit on each to count for a ”One Shot.”
  • Single attacks with multiple hits count as one attack (Ripostes, Burn o Flame, Pest Threads, Ashes of War with multiple hits per one press of R2, etc.).
  • One of the most important ones is Melee only.

Titus creates his own character from scratch, as if he’s a rookie. Here, he determines the origin of his character as “Wretch” and adjusts other details according to his personal wishes. His next thing is to identify the boss he’ll kill with one shot at Level 1. He also determines many important things, such as the boss’s weaknesses, how much HP he has in total, and the name and damage type of weapon he will use in the battle.

Speaking to Forbes last year about this, Titus Actual said:

After finding a way to do that, it basically changed the way I played RPG games. Then Elden Ring Came along. Right away from day 1, I was determined to be the first player in the world to do a traditional Dark Souls One-Shot challenge on Elden Ring.

So I followed the traditional rules, I started as a level 1 Wretch, and only leveled after successfully killing a boss in 1 attack. Elden Beast and Radagon were definitely the biggest challenge.
