Danny Masterson was reportedly accused of r*pe in 2017 by three women who filed allegations against him with the LAPD, prompting the department to launch an investigation. According to The Cut, Masterson denied all the allegations and mentioned that they were coming on the heels of Leah Remini’s documentary on the Church of Scientology.

Soon after the allegations, Masterson was reportedly fired from Netflix’s series The Ranch, in which he starred for three seasons (via CNN). The actor was also reportedly dropped from his agency United Talent Agency soon after (via HuffPost). After a hung jury, Masterson was tried again and found guilty. He was sentenced to 30 years to life (via NBC News).

According to the latest reports, Philips has begun dating entrepreneur Jamie Mazur. US Weekly reported that the millionaire was supportive of the Almost Famous actress’ situation.

A source close to the couple reportedly mentioned that the two have been dating for the past two months and that they have become extremely close.

Bijou Philips Spent Time With Friends After The Divorce

Danny Masterson will reportedly spend the next thirty years of his life in prison, without a chance of parole for at least 25 and a half years (via AP News). The actor’s legal team is reportedly working on appealing the conviction. The actor’s request for bail too was rejected by the court as they feared that he was at risk of fleeing (via Deadline).

Masterson and ex-wife Bijou Philips reportedly filed for divorce with Philips obtaining full physical custody of their daughter and Masterson requesting visitation rights. Philips reportedly attempted to move on from the ordeal by dating multimillionaire Jamie Mazur and by spending time with her friends (via US Weekly).

Her friends have been taking her out to get her mind off things during the divorce and to meet new people. Bijou is trying to put the whole sordid mess behind her and concentrate on building a new chapter.

Philips also reportedly went on a girls’ trip to Cannes, France earlier this year. She reportedly documented the trip on her Instagram.
