The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D Ghost Rider, Gabriel Luna shared his eagerness to once again reprise the role of Robbie Reyes. Luna was last seen playing as Ghost Rider in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D season 4 which played a pivotal role in introducing Ghost Riders to Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The fans lauded Luna’s performance for portraying a powerful character absorbed by Lord of Vengeance. Luna’s performance did not disappoint the fans who had their bars set high after the performance of Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage aka Johnny Blaze.

Gabriel Luna’s Love for Robbie Reyes
In a recent interview, Luna opened up about his love for the character Robbie Reyes. He mentioned how he enjoyed playing the particular character and couldn’t hide his inner Ghost Rider fanboy. He mentioned his satisfaction for playing the character and at the same time his excitement for being able to depict a Mexican-American Hero on TV.
“You know, I think that the way we left it… I would definitely think that there’s a lot more to say. I loved the response. Everyone loved Robbie and they loved the character. And if we only ever did those ten episodes and nothing else, I would feel very complete with what we were able to do. To bring awareness to the character, to show people a Mexican-American hero – the first on television, I believe. I know that’s said a lot but I think people forget about 2016 when we did that with Robbie. But he’s a wonderful character and I love him. I’d absolutely be happy to continue.”
He also added that he believes Robbie Reyes is a major character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as there is a lot more content available to cover up in order to bring justification to the character.
“There are so many places you can go because in the comics he became an Avenger and he’s now the All-Rider, which is pretty awesome when you think about it. He’s become quite an important piece in Marvel publishing so if he were to appear again, he absolutely deserves it. Whether it’s me or not.”

Will Gabriel Luna be accepted by Lord of Vengeance?
Luna does seem excited about the future of Robbie Reyes as marvel’s main Ghost Rider yet his apprehensions for the same can not be neglected. Despite receiving a throbbing positive response from the audience there has been no official confirmation from the MCU about the future of either Robbie Reyes or Gabriel Lucas. There have been speculations of Luna being replaced which seems positive in light of the statement made by him. Despite the promising screenplay by the actor, many believe that writers are only solely interested in the story of Johnny Blaze played by Nicolas Cage.
It seems like both Luna and fans can pray for the return of Robbie Reyes as a main character in MCU. Fans are eager to watch Luna once again as Robbie Reyes in the coming time along with the proper interaction of Ghost Rider with the mainstream Marvel world.
