Mark Wahlberg’s viral workout routine

Despite fat paychecks, the actors have to toil away in the gym for hours to bulk up or cut down as per the role requirement. In 2018, the actor shared his workout routine with his fans, and they were stunned by his rigorous workout plan. The Father Stu star shared that he used to wake up at 2:30 a.m. and did his first workout between 3:40-5:15 a.m. He played golf at 7:30 a.m. and did Cryo chamber recovery at 9:30 a.m. He did a second workout session at 4 p.m. and went to bed by 7:30 p.m. He also made time for prayers, family time, and picking up his children from school.

Mark Wahlberg opens up partly changing his workout routine

The actor shared in an interview with Barstool Sport’s Pardon My Take in 2022, that he has now changed his daily routine. On being asked about how he feels about his viral workout routine, he shared,

“That was – if I go to bed tonight at 6:30 p.m. I’ll wake up at 2:30 a.m. – I get eight hours of sleep, always. But that was when I was doing something very specific when I was training and I realized all that stuff is not good.”

In November 2022, the Daddy’s Home actor said he has done some modifications to give himself some time in bed in the mornings.

In conversation with The Wall Street Journal, the Uncharted star said that now he sleeps till 3:30 am or even 4 a.m. Then his eating window is between 12-6 pm and goes to bed by 7:30 p.m.

Ted actor shared,

“I always start with a little bit of prayer time. And then take my vitamins. I used to eat breakfast. Now I’m all about intermittent fasting. I don’t eat; I just go work out.”

“I feel like I’m getting better results. I’m trying to share that information with everybody because I’m really, really seeing the benefits and pretty quickly.”
