A group of mostly retired superheroes comes together in an alternate universe in 1985, at the height of the Cold War, as they investigate the death of one of their own. The investigation eventually leads them to uncover a sinister conspiracy. Snyder’s directorial wizardry is on full display for fans and viewers with a series of action scenes and chilling close cuts.
