But her instantly recognizable lips and cheekbones along with a physique to die for have led to speculations about the effect of plastic surgery in the star’s life. In a 2010 interview with Daily Mail (via MYA), the Oscar winner denied these claims in no uncertain terms and said,
“I haven’t had anything done and I don’t think I will, but if it makes somebody happy then that’s up to them. I’m not in somebody else’s skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don’t plan to do it myself.”
However, experts in the cosmetic field are skeptical about Jolie’s confessions and believed that while she may not have had invasive procedures, the star looked to have definitely gone under the knife for non-surgical cosmetic treatments. In an interview (via Radar Online), celebrity cosmetologist Zara Harutyunyan said,
“She’s definitely had a Rhinoplasty. It looks like she was following in another one of Jennifer Aniston’s footsteps, but Angie’s nose is more narrow. The tip is more pointier than Jen’s too.”
More recently, Jolie was seen without her trademark brunette locks as she stunned viewers with her new blonde look. But this change is hardly something to write home about when one sees old pictures of the Girl, Interrupted star in her younger days, which clearly shows significant changes in her facial features.

Cosmetologist Dr Youn echoed Zara Harutyunyan‘s thoughts and told Radar Online that Jolie has most probably had a Rhinoplasty or nose job, judging by the sharper and slimmer look to her face. In addition, the Mr & Mrs Smith star has also been rumored to have undergone a facelift along with getting dermal fillers to augment her cheekbones and maintain her youthful looks.
While Jolie has openly spoken about her planned double mastectomy, the star was also rumored to have had b****t implants early on in her career judging by her outfit choices and appearances on screen. The celebrity though, continues to remain tight-lipped about the veracity of these procedures.
