Apart from that, DC studio head James Gunn also confirmed finding a permanent home for the Studios, via his Threads account. Expanding the Leavesden studio to a particular country, Gunn confirmed where the majority of future DC projects will be shot.

James Gunn Shared Location Update For Superman: Legacy

As James Gunn is slated to release the first feature film from the rebooted DCU, Superman: Legacy in 2025, officially under the DC Studios banner, he shared major work updates with fans. Taking to his Threads account, Gunn shared some photos of decorating the Superman: Legacy offices.

In addition to the photos, James Gunn also shared major location updates on the upcoming project. Although Superman: Legacy has a home in Atlanta, GA where pre-production has already begun, Gunn mentioned that the movie featuring David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan will be shot in several different locations.

Gunn also mentioned finding a permanent home for DC Studios in his Threads. Sharing the good news regarding the expansion of the Leavesden studio, James Gunn confirmed the location where the majority of future DC projects will be shot.

While sharing photos and updates surrounding Superman: Legacy, James Gunn shared the major update of finding a permanent home in London, for DC Studios. Previously, the studio heads got a vote of confidence from Warner Bros. Discovery, when they decided to expand its Leavesden studio in London, England.

Luckily, now it appears to have a prominent confirmation as James Gunn let DC fans know that London will be the base for shooting the majority of future DC projects. As a response to his post revealing Man of Steel wall art in the Superman: Legacy offices, Gunn said in a post to his Threads account,

Most future DC projects will be shot largely in London. Legacy is being shot in many places across the world, but our home base is in Atlanta.”

Down the road, DC fans have several anticipated projects to look forward to, but for now, Superman: Legacy, is the focal point for most fans. Filming is yet to begin, but the project made surprising additions to the cast, apart from Corenswet and Brosnahan. The upcoming movie is also set to include Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, and Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho.
