Acer forayed into the gaming market with the Aspire Predator Gaming line of monitors later renaming it to Predator Gaming and has launched many impressive displays for PC players. The company has now introduced new products including a 57-inch monitor with curved MiniLED display called Predator Z57. The display is designed to increase players’ field of vision and make them feel more immersed in the game’s world.

The massive display has a Dual UHD resolution that spans 7680×2160 pixels powered by 2304-zone MiniLED local dimming which makes the shadows and highlights experience better. It has a 120Hz refresh rate, 1000R curvature, panoramic 32:9 aspect ratio, and features VESA DisplayHDR 1000 and DCI-P3 98% with vivid colors and up to 1000 nits peak brightness.

Predator Z57 also features picture-in-picture or side-by-side split screen mode. It has dual 10W speakers and an adjustable stand which players can tilt, swivel, and adjust the height to set the display at any viewing angle. It comes with AMD FreeSync Premium technology which reduces screen tears, stutters, and lags for the best gaming experience without any visual issues.

Predator Z57 has several ports including an adaptable USB Type-C 90W PD, dual HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.3 port, and one in-built KVM switch in case players want to use multiple devices with it. The HDMI ports support PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and allow players to play two games at once on both consoles.

Acer has announced that the display will be released in the second quarter of the year in North America and Europe and will cost $2,500 and €2,399, respectively. The Predator Z57 is expensive but it boasts some impressive features that hardcore games might not want to miss on. However, Acer has something for those looking for something cheap. The company announced that it is updating the 34-inch display called Predator X34 OLED at Consumer Electronics Show 2024.

It has a MiniLED display with a 240hz refresh rate from 175hz, 3440×1440 resolution or 21:9 ultrawide QHD, and 0.01ms pixel response time for high-speed control and accuracy with minimal blur. The display is $900 and will also be released in the second quarter of the calendar year. Moreover, the company also released a larger version of the Predator X34 display called the Predator X39 with the same specifications except for the display size which is 39 inches.

But that’s not all, Acer has also introduced new products in its SpatialLabs Stereoscopic 3D lineup with the Predator SpatialLabs View 27 display and the Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition laptop. The Predator SpatialLabs View 27 4K display is the successor to last year’s SpatialLabs View Pro 27 that does not need 3D glasses and also allows players to switch between 2D and 3D display.

It also has spatial sound with 2.5W speakers. AI-driven transmissions, head-tracking technology, and more. The display will go on sale in North America in the second quarter of this year priced at $1,999 and within the first quarter of the year in Europe, the price is not known for the region yet.

The Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition laptop features a 15.6-inch UHD display with SpatialLabs Experience Center Pro including Model Viewer, OpenXR runtime, and more. The Aspire 3D 15 laptop might go on sale next month beginning at $1,400.
