The Consumer Electronics Showcase (CES) 2024 is set to take place in Las Vegas this year and with it comes a promise of new and exciting tech for fans to marvel at. With many top companies due to showcase their new products, many have decided to announce what fans can expect to see ahead of the showcase starting 9 January.

One company who are set to amaze many at the showcase is Razer, who have an amazing new range of gaming laptops ready to blow people’s minds. Of the three pieces of hardware that the company is showcasing, it is perhaps the Series 16 that will capture most people’s attention. It is the world’s first to feature the OLED 240Hz 16″ screen which promises to deliver impeccable depth of color and clarity and compared to any other competitor on the market, will give more graphics power per cubic inch.

The GPUs of the Series 16 are crammed full of specialized AI Tensor Cores which the company state will provide ‘unmatched AI Performance‘ which gamers will no doubt be excited about, as these promise super-efficient productivity and amazingly quick gaming. There are also the pre-installed NVIDIA Studio Drivers which will provide the enhanced performance that gamers have come to expect.

The 16 does come with a slightly hefty price tag at around $2999.99. Those with deep pockets can head over to the company website to learn more about the product and many of the additional key features including cutting-edge processors and a powerhouse graphics performance.

For those looking for something sleeker, then there is always the option of the Series 14. Described as being for ‘gamers on the go‘, it comes with the new AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor and also features enhanced AI performance which will help to boost workloads. Whilst there is no price as yet for the series 14, this will be available closer to the pre-order date of 23 January on the company website.

Another piece of hardware that the company was keen to showcase was that of the upcoming Series 18. Described as a ‘Glimpse into the Future‘, the 18 is set to be released towards the end of the year and will redefine the large-format gaming category. With hugely improved connectivity speed and bandwidth, gamers will be able to experience the immersive experiences that they have been crying out for.

Alongside the Series 14, 16 & 18 there was also the announcement of the USB C Dock, the portable 11 port dock which is confirmed to be compatible with both Mac and Windows computers. Retailing for $119.99, the USB has been designed to maximize connectivity and further showcase the company’s dedicated stance on performance and versatility.

Travis Furst who is head of the Notebook and Accessories division at the company was keen to talk about the exciting new range ahead of the showcase. He highlighted how with the innovation of technology, performance and AI; the company can continue to push the boundaries of what is achievable with its well-known signature range.
